2025 KNOT Shuttle Officers' Conference

Welcome to the KNOT Shuttle Officers' Conference — an important occasion where seafarers, shore teams, and management from across the Knutsen Group come together to share knowledge, strengthen connections, and shape the future of our shuttle operations. 

We are pleased to host the conference in Haugesund at Quality Hotel Maritim, a venue that reflects the maritime heritage of our region. 

The annual KNOT Shuttle Officers' Conference is more than a meeting - it`s a celebration of collaboration and a platform to reinforce the values that define us: credibility, innovation and care, along with our unwavering commitment to safety. Each of you play a vital role in continuing this legacy and you are an essential part of the Knutsen family. 

Our theme this year is maintenance — a topic that remains critical from the moment a vessel is delivered. We look forward to hearing your perspectives and engaging in meaningful discussions during these two days together in Haugesund.

FAQ

What are the start and end times of the seminar?

The seminar begins on Monday, December 01st at 9:00 am, and ends on Tuesday, December 02 at 4:00 pm. 

Please book your own taxi to the hotel upon arrival in Haugesund. 

If your return flight is on the afternoon of December 2 or the morning of December 03, we will arrange shared transport. 

No. Based on the flight details you provided, we will reserve a superior double room for you at the hotel. 

Participants arriving from outside the city are responsible for arranging their own taxi transportation from the airport to the hotel on the day of arrival. 

If your return flight is scheduled outside the afternoon of December 2 or the morning of December 3, you will also be required to arrange your own return taxi. Please retain all taxi receipts, as these will need to be included in your travel bill. 

Upon Arrival you will receive food vouchers valid for use at Cafe Rene. Any alcoholic beverages purchased at Cafe Rene are to be settled individually and the cost is not subject of reimbursement. Please be advised that the kitchen closes at 22:00.

 

In line with the general policy, it will not be possible to bring family members to the conference.
